Christina Aguilera: Inside the Downfall...

Christina Aguilera has just been named a judge on The Voice, NBC's upcoming answer to American Idol. This should be a high time in the singer's career, right?

Wrong. As has been well-documented - from a lyric flub on the world's biggest stage to a recent arrest for public intoxication - Aguilera is suffering a Britney-like meltdown in front of our eyes.

In the latest issue of Star, a friend says Christina has "lost her confidence" since splitting from husband Jordan Bratman.

“She gets terribly sad, and that’s when all the awful memories come flooding back and she ends up numbing herself with booze and food," says the source, who claims Aguilera has gained 40 pounds over the last few months.

Pals believe Aguilera's new boyfriend, Matthew Rutler, has served as an enabler to the troubled celebrity. How will this relationship play out? They are scared to consider the possibility. "Everyone is worried sick," says this friend. "She needs to get help before something even more serious happens."

Teen Momma Drama: Divorce For Leah Messer?

Whether it's Amber Portwood's legal woes, Farrah Abraham's family saga, or a Jenelle Evans-Kim Kardashian rivalry, Teen Mom is all the rage these days.

A pair of Teen Mom 2 stars, Kailyn Lowry and Leah Messer, share the cover of In Touch this week - for dramatically different, equally made-up reasons.

Weeks after the arrest of Jonathan Rivera left Kailyn considering cutting off her baby daddy, they're supposedly racing to the altar! How times change!

While the Kailyn portion of this cover story marks a reversal from the news we've read on her up until now, the Leah Messer saga is actually consistent.

Previous reports suggested trouble in paradise with hubby Corey Simms. Now, amid accusations that she's leading a double life, is Leah ready to leave?

Probably not, but until people get tired of Teen Mom, expect the new crop of MTV stars to dominate tabloid covers just like their pregnant predecessors.

Chris Brown: A "Grown-Ass Man," Done Apologizing For Rihanna "Mishap"

In an interview with the New York Post's Page Six Magazine, the star, whose new album F.A.M.E. stands for "Forgiving All My Enemies," says he has come to grips with his own infamy and that now, "I consider myself a grown-ass man."

He's also done apologizing for Rihanna looking like this: "At the end of the day, if I walk around apologizing to everybody, I'm gonna look like a damn fool."

He;s looking to move on from the Rihanna incident and one scandal after another - i.e. this week's Chris Brown nude pic drama - but it's difficult.

In the wake of the shocking assault, Brown says that "a handful of people stuck by me," including fellow musicians Pitbull and Pharrell Williams.

Still, he laments that many "turn[ed] away. They don't want to get involved because they don't want their name attached to anything negative."

"Unknowingly, they kind of show their true colors when they do that."

Their true colors being ... that they don't condone domestic violence?

On the flip side, he doesn't entirely fault friends for walking away after the assault, for which he has apologized profusely and paid a heavy price:

"You can't blame people for how they want to be portrayed or if they don't want to be associated with somebody who had a particular mishap."

"The last two years, everybody dissed me," Brown says. "But my fans were so dedicated. The way I look at it is, you can't walk around mad."

"If you do, you just prove everybody right that you're an angry person."

Aside from that whole beef with Raz B, Chris has done a pretty good job. But fully repairing his image after that "mishap" will be very hard.

The fact that he beat up one of the world's most popular singers is tough to get over, and many people don't view his actions as sincere.

Sheen's Korner, Episode Four: Sit Back and Rejoice...

Charlie Sheen unleashed on Jon Cryer yesterday. But that was just the beginning of this mad man's rant against those he believes have wronged him.
In the fourth installment of Sheen's Korner, the actor takes aim at his enemies, most notably, of course, Two and a Half Men creator Chuck Lorre. He tells viewers to "sit back and rejoice, for the Malibu Messiah" is before us.

"Hi ya Chuck-E-Cheese ball," Sheen says in the video below. "Where ya hiding silly clown? Behind your narcissism, your greed, your hatred of yourself or women?
"Think of me often loser during your most quiet moments... Can you smell your soul? Can you smell the rotting dog shit? The fermented puke that is your viscera? Can you smell your mother's tears from some distant memory as she scattered her pathetic creation asking all around her why this feeble abortion survived?"

Lady Gaga Reflects on Traumatic, Drug-Fueled Past

Never one to hold back, even when it comes to her own flaws and past, Lady Gaga has offered some insight into what shaped her into the artist she is.

Hinting at past "traumatic events," she spoke with rock journalist Neil Strauss as part of his new book, titled Everyone Loves You When You Are Dead.

Gaga told him something "so terrible that she'd blocked it out," Strauss said, an event "so horrible that she didn't want it in her younger fans' heads."

While Gaga held back uncharacteristically because she felt this "would define her and that's all anyone would ask about," she did offer the following:

"All of the things I went through were on my own quest for an artistic journey to f**k myself up like Warhol and Bowie and Mick, and just go for it."

"All of the trauma I caused to myself, or was caused by people I met being outrageous and irresponsible," the "Born This Way" singer explained.

As for how the drug abuse of her early days still haunts her?

"Sometimes it freaks me out - or I should say petrifies me - when I think about laying in my apartment with bed bugs and roaches on the floor and mirrors with cocaine everywhere, and no will or interest in doing anything but making music and getting high."

"I've had such obstacles with drugs and rejection and people not believing in me. It's been a very long and continuous road that I love, but it's hard to just chalk it up to myself. I have to believe there's something greater than myself."

At least she's open about it, even if there are certain events she feels she must keep to herself. Even the Mother Monster has earned that right.
