Surprisingly Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson have a split now yet Pete Wentz has fired back Ashlee’s petition for primary custody of son.

Pete Wentz is not kind a father to leave son Bronx on Ashlee Simpson’s primary custody request. He has just filed legal papers in response to ex-wife Ashlee’s divorce petition and has asked judge for joint custody of Bronx.
